Hi Robert,

I\'ve gotten a similar error on someone else\'s podcast from time to time. I don\'t know what causes it, but it seems to go away after I try to download from a few different places, so I think it has something to do with the Internet connection I\'m on at any given point.

Have you checked all the usual suspects - Try from a different connection, reboot, is your hard drive full?, etc... Let us know via e-mail if the problem persists.

Thanks,

Pilot Kent

Kent, it\'s great to see you _really_ fly now.
Go ahead with it, at least get checked out on a good performance single seater like an LS4 or something like that! There\'s nothing like flying a glider, everything else quickly becomes air transport in comparison :-)
the feeling of achievment when you first hit a real cool thermal up to 10000\' can\'t be compared.

Greetings

pj

ps: for the winter time, when there\'s not too much thermal activity, there\'s an excellent simulator: http://www.condorsoaring.com It\'s being developed by two Slowenian guys and is regarded as the greatest gliding sim around at this time. There\'s online competitions where far more than 50% of the pilots are real world pilots. Give the guys a plug, they deserve it :-)

Thanks PJ! I\'ll have to check that out. I\'m certainly interested in flying the gliders again when there\'s some lift available. We got a momentary boost, but it was probably only 3 seconds.

We\'ll discuss gliding more in the forums:
