What a bunch of arrogant nonsense. Those pilots whom you criticized may need to learn from their mistakes, but what gives you the right to label them as bottom of the barrel, miscreants, or lesser pilots than you? I had a perfectly pleasant flight in and out of OSH. Of course there were pilots who flew over the highway rather than the tracks. There was one pilot who obviously lost his way, didn\'t have the NOTAM, but he\'ll probably not come back next year or come back a better pilot! Stop sounding like a bunch of Nazis; the main problem with aviation is a bunch of self-important primadonnas who ruin the public image of the aviation community. Bring back the positive tone of flying, like the A&P from Alaska who makes a noticeable effort not to put people down.

Hanna,

While I haven\'t actually listened to the cast yet (I wasn\'t on that episode), I think all of us are frustrated with people who should not be flying into Oshkosh during Airventure. The vast majority of people do come prepared, and I personally had a pleasant trip in and out of Oshkosh this year, though I did arrive and depart at some of the least busy times. However, anyone who flies in without the notam or without having read it in advance - That\'s just inexcusable. That\'s what gets people killed.

In order to do our part to make a positive impact, we\'re working on even more materials to assist those pilots who wish to come as prepared as possible. Stay tuned!
